My Health Team brings together a dedicated team of health professionals, focused on delivering the highest quality of primary health care for you and your family. My Health Team provides General Practice services from two clinics - Highland Park Medical and Marina Medical. Our integrated, full service, primary health care team comprises Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Health Improvement Practitioners, Health Coaches, Health Care Assistants and Service Administrators, all working together to deliver the best health care designed with you and your family at its heart.
My Health Team has modern, purpose built and patient centred health premises, along with a leading technology platform that enables seamless health care for you where ever you are. You can choose to receive your health care face to face at one of our clinics, or online where ever you are. Our secure online patient access also enables easy appointment bookings, repeat prescriptions, test results and direct messaging with our health care team.

Highland Park Medical is located in the Health Hub at Highland Park, next to the local supermarkets and the Library. Our contemporary purpose built medical centre is equipped with leading technology, supporting our dedicated Doctors, Nurses and health professionals to provide the best possible primary health care to you and your family. We provide all the services you would expect from a well equipped and skilled General Practice team. There is easy flat entry and ample onsite parking to ensure you can access your health care safely and with ease. Also within the Health Hub, there is an excellent pharmacy, as well as a team of psychologists and psychiatrists and ultrasound services.
Situated in modern medical premises over looking the Marina at Half Moon Bay, while we may be fortunate to have one of the best views for General Practice in Auckland, our skilled team of dedicated health professionals are focused on delivering the best possible primary health care to you and your family. Our Doctors, nurses, and support team work together to provide all the health services you would expect from a well equipped and skilled General Practice team. Situated alongside us in the Compass building are complementary health providers including Dietician, Marina Physio and Marina Specialists.
