• Dressings & Materials, $25.00 Minimum
• Minor surgery and other procedure charges vary according to complexity
• Cost of materials are not included in these prices
• Should your consultation take longer than the standard 15 minutes a surcharge may apply.
• If you know that you will need more than 15 minutes, please notify the receptionist when making the appointment, so that adequate time can be allocated. Check the likely cost at this time.
• We appreciate that unexpected illness may cause difficulty with immediate payment of doctors fees. We would encourage anyone needing medical attention and faced with this problem to mention it to the doctor or staff, rather than not obtaining necessary care for any family member.
• In line with normal business practices, payment is expected at the time of the doctor visit. Any cost incurred in recovering any outstanding balance will be payable by you, including all legal charges.
• If the account remains unpaid the patient consents to personal details relevant to the actual account being passed on to the recovery agent.
• Can’t make it to the appointment?
  • Naturally, we understand that things can change on the day, but we ask that you call us to advise that you are not able to make your appointment.
  • If we do not hear from you a minimum of 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your appointment, you will receive an invoice for the fee of the healthcare appointment that was missed.
• If you require a follow-up consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner to discuss an ongoing issue or if you have been asked to make an appointment to discuss test results, please be aware that these visits will incur a full consultation fee.
• Email Advice: The fee for this service is a minimum of $10.00.

  • Referral to Private Specialist. $20.00. $15.00 CSC
  • Referral to Public Hospital Specialists. $10.00. $ 5.00 CSC
